Housing

Make hotel reservations at any of our recommended area hotels. When you register, make sure to ask for the Faithwalkers rate. You will be responsible for your own breakfast each day. Some of the hotels have free breakfasts. You will need to work out rooming arrangements on your own. (You may want to talk with others in your church to see where they are staying.) Your Faithwalkers West registration does not include housing!

Info about Minors

All minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent / legal guardian or chaperone.

For parents bringing minor child(ren), please fill out the Family Responsibility Acknowledgment form.

If your coming with a chaperone your parent will need to read the Chaperone Requirements pdf and fill out the online Chaperone Form. You will also need to list the name of your chaperone in the (Chaperones Name field) at time of registration.

Childcare

No formal childcare will be provided at Faithwalkers West. However, there will be a room available for parents to be with their small children during sessions. Audio and visual feeds will be available in this room.
